Return & Refund Policy

For Online Orders

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. MKB will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.

For Retail Orders

MKB uphold the quality of our products very seriously by ensuring we performed thorough quality control testing when keyboards arrived from our suppliers. We made sure to do a round of checking to ensure that all LEDs and hot swap sockets are working as intended.

Custom keyboards come with 1 (ONE) year manufacturing defect warranty for functionality. Due to the nature of custom keyboard being easily customisable, it involves a high risk level of man-made defect. Hence, the warranty of all keyboards will be voided if the keyboard casing was opened for modification or any other reasons by customers.

For keyboard kit (barebone), we would advise customer to test every hotswap sockets of the keyboard prior to installing the switches. Any pop socket as a result of improper and inappropriate installation shall not be covered under the warranty and any soldering repair shall be chargeable to customer.

Furnishing and exterior defects such as scratches, marks or dots do not come with any warranty. Kindly perform a visual inspection of the product before checking out as MKB shall not entertain any furnishing and visual defects after payment is made.

Keyboard switches generally come with 1 (ONE) month manufacturing defect warranty due to their perishable nature. The warranty will be voided if the switches are opened up for lubing, filming or any kind of modifications by customers.

Keycap set, deskmat, wrist rest and other accessories are strictly not exchangeable or refundable. We would advise customer to perform a visual inspection of the product before checking out as MKB shall not entertain any furnishing and visual defects after payment is made.

Mouse and audio shall follow respective brand policy that only covers manufacturing defect for functionality.

Withstanding the above policy, below are general rule of warranty for brands:-

Gateron - One Year
Everglide - One Year
Keychron - One Year
Jerrzi - One Year
Logitech - Two Years
Divoom - One Year
VGN - Six Months
VXE - Six Months
Darmoshark - One Year
Moondrop - One Year
TangZu - One Year

The warranty coverage are only applicable for repair & exchange. In the event that MKB is not able to repair or provide exchange for the same product, store credits shall be offered and the credits are strictly not exchangeable for cash.

All items returned or exchanged must be given back with the original receipts, full original packaging, including labels, documents, cables, tools, etc. MKB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
